Every community gets 90 days free from the day it signs up, on any plan.
A card goes on file at sign-up and isn’t charged until the 90 days are up. After that, your plan is billed yearly.

The member fee
Members can be charged a small fee when they pay online, which covers most of the subscription.
For example
A 300-boat lake on Standard pays $1,188 a year. If 250 members pay online with a [$4] fee, that’s [$1,000] back toward it.

How much does Baybook cost?
$49 a month for up to 100 registered boats, aircraft or units, $99 for up to 300 and $199 for up to 1,000. Every plan starts with 90 days free, is billed yearly after that and includes all of Baybook.
Which plan fits our community?
Count what you register: boats at a lake association, based aircraft at an airpark, units at a garage condo. Up to 100 is Small, up to 300 is Standard and up to 1,000 is Large.
What counts toward the plan size?
Each boat, aircraft or unit you register for the season. Board members, office staff and people on the waitlist don’t count.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every community gets 90 days free from the day it signs up. A card goes on file at sign-up and isn’t charged until the 90 days are up. Founding communities get the first season free, then 30% off for three years.
When are we billed?
Once a year, starting when your 90 free days are up. Founding communities aren’t billed until their first season is over.
Who pays the member fee?
Members, when they pay online, and only if you choose to charge it.
