Does Bluegill print stickers?
The registry
Every boat, its slip, its paperwork and where it stands, three weeks into the season. Pick a status to see who’s in it.
Reminders go out on their own at 60, 30 and 7 days. The button under the list sends them today instead.

The link they get
Ray keeps a jon boat on a trailer. He opened his link from the April reminder and uploaded both documents from his phone. The $85 sticker fee is all that’s left. Press Pay to finish for him.
No account, no password. The same link comes back in every reminder.

Checking a number
On the water, patrol looks for this year’s decal. When one is missing or can’t be read, they type the number on the bow into the check page on their phone.
You decide who gets the check page. It shows status only, so a volunteer never sees a member’s name, address or documents.

Status only. Member details stay with the office.
With stickers or without
Stickers are one way to show a boat is registered. Baybook doesn’t depend on them: every registration gets a number for the year, printed or not. Here’s all that changes when a lake stops printing them.
| With stickers | Without stickers | |
|---|---|---|
| What the member gets | A numbered decal, in the mail or at the office | The same number as a permit on their link, with nothing to mail |
| How patrol checks a boat | Looks for this year’s decal, and uses the check page when one is missing | Types the number on the bow into the check page |
| If insurance lapses mid-season | The decal stays on the boat, so only a check catches it | Every check shows it from that day |
| Sticker day | Decals to order, count and hand out | Nothing to order or hand out |
Everything else works the same either way: the documents, your rules, the reminders, slips and the waitlist, payments, exports and the Monday email.
Airparks and garage condos rarely print anything, which is why their examples have no stickers. The N-number on an aircraft and the plate on a car do the same job.
Set it up with your own roster.
Import a CSV or an export from your HOA software, set your rules, including whether you print stickers, and open the season. About ten minutes.
Free for 90 days. Founding communities get the first season free.
